Grateful thanks to Trudy and John and everyone at stagecoach. lucie is improving everyday. she is an amazing little girl and reflects a ray of sunshine to all that know her. she will have a go at anything ,and always gives her best. we are eternally grateful to the R.V.I. hospital in Newcastle ,Lucie had the best care possible

The Forum is a website for `Billy Elliot` fans and here are comments taken from there about Macy`s performance:-

Welcoming the 2 new Child cast we saw in Macy (age 9) a mini Emily Smith in many ways and displaying a level of competance that belies her years.

Macy was excellent. She is definitely a new Emily Smith and I did like her facial expressions and attitude throughout – she is a little minx and a great asset to the show.

It was a very confident debut from Kaine and new Debbie, Macy, who despite her age, looks and acts a lot more mature than a 9 year old. No nerves from either of them. It was as if both of them had been in the show for years with their relaxed and confident performances. One of the best Billy and Debbie debuts I have seen

Macy`s mum reported that Macy had been to an after-show party on Monday and the show`s Drama coach had said that he had never had a more talented and professional child, as Macy, to train and that he thought she would end up at RADA. It doesn`t get much better than that!!
