Starring Eavie Proffitt and Morgan Fairhurst (and her Mum!) The film was titled “Letting Go” a story about a mother’s first time leaving her child. The oppertunity arose over the summer and was advertised on this website under oppertunities. The film was made with The Unit and sponcered by Media Box and New Writing North. The whol film was written, filmed, directed and edited (including music) by a group aged between 13 and 18.

Adrian Coates (Yarm PM school) has been filmed for a role in a short film, due to be shown at film festivals. This is a third film role for Adrian, because when he was 6 years old (he is now 14yrs old), he starred in “Bait” - a short film which was BAFTA nominated. Adrian was on screen for most of the film. Dustin Hoffman introduced his film at the BAFTA ceremony.
I have been a member of Stagecoach (Yarm)from the age of 4 and I am 14 now. Within this time i have performed in 3 short films. One was when I was six and it was set in Seaham & Durham. The film was called “Bait”. My next short film was called “The Lambeth Marsh” which was not long after and was set in the South. Then this year “Perfect to Begin” in Redcar. I have performed in Macbeth and Midsummer Night`s Dream” for “Shakespeare 4 Kids”, which was at Sunderland ,Middlesbrough and Bridlington. On Saturdays I go to a group called school of Rock & Pop where I am the Singer, i enjoy this very much.
