Tomson meets Hollie Steel from “Britain`s Got Talent”

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

I received this e mail from Tomson Boylett`s mum Mandy today. What a lovely story!

As you know, I like to create websites. I made a fan site for Hollie Steel from Britain’s Got Talent here: http://holliesteel.org.uk

Her parents liked the site very much, and as a thank you invited me and my family to see them for the day at their home in Huncoat.

We all had a lovely time, and I am attaching a photo I took of Tomson with Hollie.

And I`ve added one from Hollie`s web site of Tomson`s mum!

“Carrots” Success

Wednesday, June 11th, 2008

Tomson Boylett of Yarm Morning school, and the winner of our boys` Singing competition, won through in the auditions that we publicised for “Carrots”, to a place in the show in Richmond Georgian Theatre in August and Billingham Forum Theatre in February 2009. Well done Tomson!  Did anyone else go along? Were you successful?

Boys Singing Competition Winner

Tuesday, March 4th, 2008

I have just realised that I have not posted to the web site the winner of the boys` singing competition.

Pippa Anderson - an ex-Singing teacher from stagecoach came to judge and we were both blown away by the standard of theboys we saw. They had rehearsed well and were very prepared. They sang and presented their songs well. In the end Tomson Boylett of Yarm Morning Stagecoach won the first prize and a chance to record his song at the Forum for inclusion on our anniversary CD. Tomson`s song from “Lion King” was tuneful and full of character. Well done Tomson!!

I started StageCoach six years ago when I was four years old. I really enjoy coming every week. I enjoy singing and dancing but acting is my favourite. Last year I was a lost boy in “Peter Pan” at the Gala Theatre in Durham and I have also appeared in the choir for Joseph twice. I recently got a part in Catherine Cookson’s “The Fifteen Streets” to be held at Darlington Civic Theatre later in the year. Also, you can catch me on Youtube with my version of the Confused.com tv advert:

My mum has also written me a website because she likes doing that sort of thing - it’s at http://www.childactor.co.uk/

Bye for now
