Eloise Alstead from Yarm Early stages took the bear to Norwich to see relatives. He looks like he enjoyed the company.

Here is Alex Neasham of Darlington Early Stages with the Stagecoach bear who seems to be having some gymnasics lessons from Alex with a ham sandwich as a reward.

My bear diary by Maisie Williams
Sun 3rd May Bumble the bear has been very good today so i’ve decided to take him to the fun day at my local park. Bumble loves to ride on the cars at the fairground, he goes on lots and lots of times.
I feel really worn out
but Bumble now wants to play hide and seek, just one more game then its time for home. I’m looking for Bumble but i can’t see him can you?
Ah ha there you are Bumble hiding behind the tree!
Well we are off home now for some well earned rest i wonder what Bumble will do next!!! See you soon Maisie xxx Early years at Darlington 9.15am group
Louis Bennett, a new student from Yarm Early Stages, chose to take home the pirate bear, despite being warned of what he might get up to - and sure enough - Louis lost him in the garden. Here he is looking worried about him and then delighted when he spotted him

Louis decided that he needed a telling off but then they were friends again.

Caroline Atherton`s mum from the 9.30am Darlington Saturday class added this comment to an e mail she sent to me this week.
“By the way we thought the show was fantastic and a huge achievement for all concerned, thanks to everybody”.
Olivia Cromack from Yarm Early Stages has managed to tame the pirate bear. Here she is losing her temper with him before sending him to the naughty step. But she is so soft-hearted that she sat there with him! I suspect that he will continue his antics next term!!

Olivia also sent us some of her photos from the pirate trip last term. I`ve included ones showing her with Elise Pott and various other friends

Charlotte Macmurray`s mum sent us these kind comments and photos of the Darlington PM show.
Firstly wanted to say what a great show last week.A lot of hard work and time goes into the production and was very well managed with so many small children.
We do feel Charlotte (Saturday class 11.00 a.m.) is really enjoying Stagecoach and gaining a great deal from her experiences.
