Thank you from Poppy`s mum

Tuesday, July 14th, 2009

Please may you say a big thank you to all concerned with Stagecoach and that  the commitment and dedication to the children is noticed by everyone. From  our perspective we have had an interesting first year with Pop but think we
have now settled down finally. We get updates on lessons each day through the week, and lots of singing in the car!! A big thank you to Janey and Sue  for their patience with her. I am still convinced that this is her thing and will continue to encourage her.
Finally as ever a big thank to yourself for your professionalism and dedication to the whole school. It is a very happy place which is the most  important thing, but all the children are very committed, something you have  instilled in them.
May I wish you a restful Summer and we will be at the workshops in August.

Best Regards

Emma Percival

Pip and the Burglar Bear

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Pip from Yarm Early Stages had a lot of trouble with the Pirate Bear. First he ran off with the Stagecoach biscuits - It`s a wonder he has any teeth left!! And as soon as Pip had told him off for that he dived into the sticker box and tried to make off with lots of them. Pip stopped him thank goodness but he got a bit stuck up into the bargain whilst doing so!!

The Pirate Bear - outrageous at Lucy`s House!

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

When the pirate bear visited Lucy, of Darlington Early Stages recently it was mayhem. WHEN they could find him he was evicting the baby from the high chair and eating its food, or clinging to the hoover and pretending it was a machine gun

Great fun here for Summer of Yarm Early stages and the bear……

Is that a visit to the hairdresssers I see in one photo too? Did he get a short back and sides - a haircut or a bearcut?

Jake and the Bear Go Swimming

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Jake from Darlington Early Stages took our bear to the swimming baths but he decided just to watch that day (I think he can`t swim myself and isn`t prepared to say so) Still Jake enjoyed himself in the water and later in the ball pool

Later,  Jake spent some time playing at home with the bear and his sister. I love the orange Halloween hat darling!!

Jake sent his own version of events below:-

Jake the Bear went to some lovely places this week and had lots of fun!!!
On Saturday, after my Stage Coach class, Jake the Bear went to my Nanna’s house for lunch, he sat at the table with me and had cheese sandwiches.
He had his photo taken at my Nanna’s and with my little sister Poppy.
Jake the Bear went into town with my Mummy and I  and we went to a cafe with my friends Evie and Emily. We all had ice cream.
Jake the Bear came for a walk with me, my Daddy and Poppy and he had a ride in my red and yellow car. He fell out and got a dirty ear!!!!
On Sunday, Jake the Bear came to my swimming class at Redworth Hall, he had his photo taken around the pool and in the play area. We had lots of fun.
Jake the Bear liked to sleep with me and sometimes my sister Poppy looked after him for me.
Jake the Bear was a very good bear and was never naughty!!! But he did not want his photo taken when he came to my nursery.

I have enjoyed having Jake the Bear stay at my house for the week!

Cayla and the bear

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Cayla gave the Stagecoach bear a great treat when he got to ride on grandad`s grass cutter. I`m glad he didn`t get to drive!

At least they did a good job of cutting the lawn. But it was tiring work and they were soon in bed

Isabella takes home a jewel thief!!

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Isabella of Darlington Early Stages found that she had taken home a thief when she took home the pirate bear. This is what she said

And here`s the evidence!

She also was up to no good in the dolls` house.

And who says crime does not pay? One-Eyed Isabella got to keep the earrings in this picture and is probably wearing her ill-gotten gains still!!

Hayden and the thirsty bear

Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009

Hayden from Yarm Early Stages kindly allowed the Stagecoach bear to share his drink when it was his turn to take the bear home. BUT was he grateful? Not at all! Instead he started to wrestle with Hayden`s grandad when he came round to see him. Such violence is hard to witness! Then he terrified the fish in the aquarium and tried to hide in the washer!! Outrageous behaviour!
