Christmas Carols in the Snow
STARE were booked to sing carols at a works Christmas party in Durham. That night it decided to hurl snow down so that there was a crash on the A1 north which made us late in arriving. The hosts let us sing next to the log fire instead and we collected £35 for The Heart Foundation before we left to play snowballs in the ground. Here are members of Singing STARE gathered around a rather romantic old-fashioned lampost. They look like a scene from a Christmas card.
