Teddy Bears picnicking all over the place!
Our Early Stages students (aged 4-7 years) have been invited to perform at three teddy bears` picnics this month around the region. On Tuesday August 5th at 11.30am and 2pm, they will be seen singing “Teddy Bear`s Picnic” and dancing to “The Bare Necessities of Life” at Auckland Castle, in Bishop Auckland, at a free Teddy Bear`s picnic in the grounds. At the other end of the month, they will appear doing the same again on Sunday August 24th in the performance tent at Newton Aycliffe Show and again on the following day at a Teddy Bear`s Picnic in “A Head of Steam” museum off North Road, Darlington. The children will be taking along their own teddy and “dressing” to match it.
